I am Jewish. My favorite sport is verbal jousting. I came out of the womb arguing and will win. If you have one currently, after your case is dismissed, droopped, and if I am in a mood, you may also get the unheard of apoloogy from the prosecution. You want to win; get with me. I’m the closest thing to Annalise Keating, and the technicalities and strategic precedents I will drop on the wrong side of the Courtroom will always get your case dismissed before pre-lim, but most often, before any proceedings. I fought the law and the law lost. The DA wins the way Casinos do- don’t go to the Blackjack table where you know odds are unfairly stacked against you.
